SIDRAP, HBK — Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Sidrap menunjukkan respons cepat terhadap insiden kebakaran yang terjadi di Lingkungan Galung Asera’e (Galser) Kel. Lakessi, Kecamatan, Maritengngae, Kabupaten Sidrap, pada Selasa siang (20/08/2024).
Menanggapi laporan warga, Kapolres Sidrap AKBP Dr. Fantry Taherong. SH.,S.I.K.,MH langsung menginstruksikan personelnya untuk segera bergerak menuju Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP).
AKBP Fantry Taherong menyatakan bahwa instruksi cepat ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Polres Sidrap untuk selalu hadir di tengah masyarakat dalam situasi darurat. “Personel kami harus siap siaga dan mampu merespons dengan cepat setiap kejadian yang berpotensi mengancam keselamatan warga,” Katanya.
Setibanya di lokasi, personel Polres Sidrap berkoordinasi dengan petugas pemadam kebakaran dan masyarakat setempat untuk memadamkan api dan memastikan tidak ada korban jiwa. Tindakan cepat ini mendapat apresiasi dari warga yang merasa terbantu dengan kehadiran polisi yang sigap dan tanggap.
Fantry juga memerintahkan anggotanya untuk melakukan pengamanan dan penyelidikan lebih lanjut terkait penyebab kebakaran tersebut. “Kami akan mengumpulkan bukti-bukti dan meminta keterangan dari saksi-saksi untuk memastikan penyebab kebakaran ini. Keamanan dan keselamatan warga adalah prioritas utama kami,” tambahnya.
Polres Sidrap terus mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk selalu berhati-hati dan waspada terhadap potensi kebakaran, terutama di musim kemarau yang meningkatkan risiko kebakaran. (*)
